How It Works
Obtaining high-level distribution proposals from shortlisted candidates that include sales forecasts, target distribution, the pricing strategy, and a marketing plan.
Selecting and appointing the best-fit distribution partner in consultation with the client, as well as negotiating a favourable Distribution Agreement.
Finalising the market entry plan including the final product range, distribution rollout, marketing support, compliance requirements and the budget required to achieve the sales forecast.
Monthly reporting and a video conference to summarise all business activities under development, as well as regular correspondence via phone and email.
