How Incite’s Market Entry Service Works
Market Analysis
Our market analysis focuses on the key fundamentals of a commercially viable market entry strategy, positioning your products for success with local distributors. We map distribution channels and provide full visibility on the cost of entering these channels and supporting sales with marketing. We benchmark your competitors and create a cost model that protects margins while ensuring competitive pricing. Then we draw all the different data points together in a projected P&L that gives you insight into potential sales, revenue, and ROI so you can make informed decisions.
Market Validation
Building on the Market Analysis, we validate that a commercially viable opportunity exists. Our experienced sales team pitches your offering to carefully selected distributors, delivering a compelling pitch and gathering real-time insights on pricing, channel fit, and demand potential. The process concludes with clear outcomes: a shortlist of distributors genuinely interested in progressing discussions, that signals where timing or product range may need adjustment. Either way, you avoid wasted time and investment as you advance your export expansion goals.
Distribution Partnerships
With genuine distributor interest confirmed during the Market Validation stage, we focus on appointing the right distribution partner to take your products to market. We manage negotiations to secure fair, transparent distribution agreements and align on logistics, compliance, and launch planning. You’ll walk away with a committed distributor, clear commercial terms, and a shared business plan that supports sales growth. By the end of this stage, you’ll have confidence that your brand is in capable hands, with the foundation in place for your first purchase order.

How Incite’s Market Entry Service Works
Stage 1 — Market Analysis
Exciting export opportunities await in high-growth Asia Pacific markets, but a clear understanding of market dynamics and commercial viability is essential for a successful launch.
Your Market Entry Strategy Defined
We develop your export strategy to ensure it is commercially viable and attractive to food and beverage distributors in your target market.
Distribution Channels and Costs
We provide a detailed breakdown of target distribution channels and the associated costs of entering them, including advertising and promotional fees, as well as social media marketing costs specific to your market.
Once the market entry strategy has been defined and you’ve confirmed you can compete and fund the investment required, the next step is to validate real interest from distributors.
To test that a commercially viable opportunity exists, we take your offering to market. Our experienced sales team delivers a compelling pitch to carefully selected distributors, presenting the commercial case and facilitating product sampling and feedback.
You’ll gain valuable insight in real time, directly from leading distributors and their customers, including early proof points on pricing, channel fit, and demand potential.
Our process concludes with clear outcomes: either a shortlist of qualified distributors who are genuinely interested in progressing discussions, or valuable market feedback that signals where timing or product range may need adjustment. In both cases, you avoid wasted time and investment, and move forward with confidence about your next steps.
Stage 2 — Market Validation
Stage 3 — Distribution Partnerships
With genuine distributor interest established in Stage 2, the focus shifts to appointing the right partner to take your products forward. We manage negotiations to secure fair, transparent agreements while aligning on logistics, compliance, and launch planning requirements.
You’ll walk away with a committed distributor, clear commercial terms, and a shared business plan that sets the stage for market entry. By the end of this stage, you’ll have confidence that your brand is in the hands of a capable partner who is aligned with your growth objectives.
The outcome is tangible: an appointed distributor with agreed terms and a business plan in place, creating the foundation for product registration (if required), grocery listings, and ultimately your first purchase order in the next stage.
